Cabo Negro Commercial Zone

The commercial area of 70 Ha, located between Tétouan and M’diq near Cabo Negro, is designed to give the region a commercial appeal and address the demands of summer visitors.

The first phase, developed on 30 Ha, includes retail stores, restaurants, and an outlet. It is home to IKEA, the world’s leading home furnishings retailer , its first location in Northern Morocco spanning over 18,000 m² — as well as Hyper U Cabo Negro, opened in August 2025, which spans 3,000 m², represents an investment of MAD 200 million, and has generated over 250 direct jobs.

This zone will allow national and international brands looking to develop their operations to position themselves in a region with strong economic potential, and will create thousands of direct and indirect jobs in the region.
