Cabo Negro Commercial Zone

The commercial area of 70 Ha is located  between Tétouan and M’diq, near Cabo Negro, and is intended to give the region a commercial appeal and address the particular demands of summer visitors.

The first phase was  developed on 30 Ha of land, and includes retail stores, restaurants, and an outlet. The zone’s first facility is that of the world’s leading home furnishings and decoration retailer, IKEA. The first of its kind in Northern Morocco, the site spans a total surface area of over 18,000 square meters.

This zone will allow national and international brands looking to develop their operations to position themselves in a region with strong economic potential, and will create thousands of direct and indirect jobs in the region.
